Anyone paying attention to the atrocities funded by our tax dollars must be feeling it in their body. We are. So in response, we made our research-based writing about gut health into a new “how-to” zine.

**How to Bread in Embers**

Our newest zine talks about How We Bake Bread in the Embers of Colonialism. Colonial-ass plants as fuel; Puerto Rico is covered with tall grasses and bamboos brought over centuries by different colonizers. Left unmanaged, the plants themselves now vigorously colonize and alter every landscape.
